Nazir and Company Is Founded
The company is established in Lahore in 1958.
For more than six decades, Nazir and Company has built the high-voltage networks, substations and civil infrastructure for utilities, industry and government.
Alhaj Sheikh Nazir Ahmed founded the company in Lahore in 1958. It was incorporated as a private limited company on 12 August 1972, and holds Licence No. 1 of the Pakistan Engineering Council, the first the Council ever issued.
By the late 1970s the company was building high-voltage transmission in Iraq and Libya. It has since delivered across seven countries in Asia, the Middle East and Africa, for national utilities, energy producers and governments.

Registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council, Licence No. 1, the first licence the Council issued. The company was incorporated as a private limited company on 12 August 1972.

The licence covers electrical, civil, mechanical and building works. Licensed fields.
The company is led by its Director, Sheikh Tanveer Ahmed, with the support of senior advisers and a developed network of engineers across Pakistan.
